FREEHOLD – Detectives from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and members of the Freehold police are asking for the public’s help in their investigation of a fatal traffic crash Tuesday afternoon that left three dead and one critically injured in Freehold.

The crash was first reported at 3:47 p.m. and occurred at the Kosloski Road overpass at State Highway 33 Business, according to Charles Webster, a spokesman for the prosecutor’s office.

The injured victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The names of the victims are being withheld pending notification of next of kin, Webster said.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact prosecutor’s office detective Eric Kerecman at 732-522-8885, or Freehold police officer Joseph Winowski at 732-462-7908.
