Theresa “Tracy” Julian joined the law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper P.C. as a litigation attorney in the firm’s Red Bank office. Tracy’s practice is concentrated in commercial litigation and divorce and family law matters. She received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a published member of the Seton Hall Sports Law Journal and a member of the Seton Hall Civil Litigation Clinic. She received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from James Madison University, where she studied communications and psychology. Prior to entering into private practice, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Eugene A. Iadanza, presiding judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, in the Monmouth Vicinage. She also served for two years as a law clerk with the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. She is admitted to the state and federal bars of New Jersey.
The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) swore in Brent Kohere, Fair Haven, was named president of the New Jersey Apartment Association. Kohere is regional vice president for Home Properties, a multifamily real estate investment trust. He has been a a long-time board member of NJAA a statewide organization of apartment owners, managers, builders, developers and allied industries.
Resources Real Estate hosted a champagne brunch for friends and clients at its newly opened office at 36 Beach Rd., Monmouth Beach last Sunday. More than 200 guests attended the open house celebration, which included past clients, friends and many locals who were eager to welcome the real estate firm to town.
The event was also an exhibition for several local artists whose work was on display ranging from carved sculpture made from recycled surfboards, to oil and watercolor paintings, fine photography and pastels. Guests were invited to bring donations to support Family Promise, a local non-profit organization that helps homeless families.

Kelly Zaccaro, CRS, recently joined the Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty Rumson office. A resident of Rumson, she is a current member of the NJAR Circle of Excellence, Gold for 2011, Bronze 2010 and has been the recipient of multiple real estate awards throughout the years. She has the distinction of having had the highest sale in Rumson waterfront in 2011. She had served on the Fair Haven Board of Education and in leadership roles at 180 Turning Lives Around and the Count Basie Theatre.
