Resources Real Estate Forms Construction Marketing Division

RUMSON – Resources Real Estate has created a new construction marketing division to assist both homebuyers and local builders.

“We believe that just as waterfront and historic homes have a specific audience, so too does new construction appeal to specific clients,” said Carolynn Diakon, senior partner and broker.

Having a history of strong relationships with top builders in the area, Diakon believed the company’s new division will better service the needs of their clients – both the buyers looking for new homes and the builders who construct them. To that end, the company has added a search page to its website to help buyers with the purchase of new construction – from pre-built to completed spec homes.

“We use our local knowledge and technology skills to help our clients, both buyer and builders find the right solutions,” Diakon said.

Offering architectural referral as well as land search services (even for properties not on the market), the company hopes to fill a void they perceive to exist.

“By acting as a liaison between homebuyer and builder we can help identify the needs of each and facilitate a more productive process,” said Thomas McCormack, managing partner, broker. “Our objective is to connect customers with the right builders who can custom build exactly what they need, and with our design and architectural contacts, we can remove some of the stress of client communication from the builder.”

In addition to conducting custom-made searches for buyer clients and identifying their design preferences to help liaise between the client and builder, the company also offers specific marketing strategies for the builders who are part of the program.

“We are already seeing the success of this and we have hardly started,” Diakon said.

Resources Real Estate is located at 112 East River Road in Rumson, 36 Beach Road in Monmouth Beach and 4A West Front St. in Red Bank. Additional information is available by calling 732-212-0440 or visiting resourcesrealestate.com.
