Holmdel resident Cheryl Laperriere has been appointed branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Rumson/Fair Haven office. Laperriere will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 80 sales agents serving communities in Monmouth County.

Laperriere was previously a Coldwell Banker agent for 10 years, leading a successful career at the company’s Holmdel office. She was named the company’s Rookie of the Year in 2001 and went on to earn the Coldwell Banker International President’s Award and New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award multiple times for her sales success. She is a Certified Residential Specialist and Coldwell Banker Relocation Specialist.

Prior to real estate, Laperriere worked 12 years as a development engineer with Amoco Advanced Engineering Polymers in Chicago; four years as a sales engineer with DuPont Engineering Polymers in Chicago and Wilmington, Del.; and two years as an engineer with Boise Cascade Composite Cans in St. Louis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Truman University.
