HOLMDEL – Mary Burke, president and broker of record, Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty, and Karen Saltzbart, branch manager, have welcomed Pascale Coppola as a sales associate in the Holmdel office.

A seasoned professional with deep-rooted familiarity in the greater Colts Neck area, Coppola brings passion and a deep sense of responsibility to her role as a real estate professional. She lives and works by the motto: “Results that move you,” and understands that buying or selling a home is a major life event.

A skilled negotiator, Coppola is known by clients for her tenacity, perseverance, honesty, and fairness with a reputation for her quick and timely response to each client’s needs and concerns, as well as trouble-free transactions.

“I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of working in real estate,” Coppola said. “Whether it takes my clients a day or a year to find the perfect home, I don’t push them. I get great satisfaction helping first-time and move-up buyers purchase their dream home or rent a home; as well as bringing a home to market.

“Aligning myself with Sotheby’s International Realty®, a firm long regarded as a firm committed to excellence, is important to me for many reasons. As a company they best fit my style; one with a solid reputation, built on integrity with a clear commitment to quality and a strong focus on clients, as well as their sales associates. Their commitment to agent education; as well as the newest and innovative marketing to service their clients will allow me to stay current in this ever-changing real estate market,” she said. “Their online innovative marketing exposure will provide enormous value to my clients.”

Coppola credits her professional success to the values and ethics instilled in her by her family and multicultural upbringing. Born overseas, Coppola moved to Colts Neck as a child and has been a resident ever since. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Greek. Prior to becoming a New Jersey licensed Realtor in 2003, Coppola earned a degree in economics and worked as a marketing and advertising executive for a multibillion dollar company. She is a member of the Monmouth County Board of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

“We are very excited to have Pascale join our company,” Burke said.  “She is well known and respected in our local real estate markets, with a stellar reputation for exceeding her client’s expectations. We are very excited that she has joined our team.”

Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty is an independently owned and operated full-service brokerage with four offices in Holmdel, Middletown, Rumson and Shrewsbury. The Holmdel office is located at 4 Holmdel Road. The firm’s corporate headquarters is located at 834 Broad St., Shrewsbury.
