FREEHOLD – Monmouth County Agricultural Board has again voted to approve a controversial winery proposed for Little Silver.

During the board’s Tuesday night meeting, it overwhelmingly reaffirmed its October ruling that the winery, proposed for 640 Seven Bridges Road, meets criteria as a valid agricultural use
