April 18, 2014

WEST LONG BRANCH – The Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce (EMACC) will hold its 29th annual business-to-business trade show, titled BizConnect, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, at Branches.

More than a traditional trade show, BizConnect is a festive gathering of close to 100 exhibitors in every business category, including health care, hospitality, entertainment, housing, marketing, technology, education, retail, nonprofit and others representing the diverse membership of EMACC.

Hundreds of visitors attend to enjoy networking, complimentary food stations, entertainment, door prizes, giveaways and the best networking in Monmouth County. Admission is free with a business card.

BizConnect Co-Chairs John Kalli of Trinity Worldwide Technology and Mark Fowler of Weichert Commercial Realty brought a new vision to EMACC’s 28-year-old event and are rebranding and rebuilding the traditional business expo into a multi-faceted, interactive and entertaining experience for both attendees and exhibitors alike. BizConnect will now include over five complimentary food stations, wine tastings, product demos, health screenings, entertainment, games and a live, strolling DJ to add to the festive atmosphere.

“We’re pulling out all the stops with this one and integrating a lot of active events. We’re also utilizing a unique, innovative, targeted networking app to assist you in instantly finding the right person in a business that you would like to meet with. We will provide a place for you to meet and talk with that person right at the event,” Kalli said.
