New Course Prepares Monmouth University Students for Biotech Careers

Monmouth University students (l-r) Erica De Clemente, Kaitlyn Palmiotto and Melissa Pompei present their final projects as part of a new biobusiness course designed to prepare students for career success in the biotechnology industry. The course provides an interactive overview of the scientific, regulatory and financial requirements for drug development, with emphasis on real-world application and the challenges of bringing new drugs to market for the treatment of human disease.
