Red Bank Sets Summer Lineup for Riverside Gardens Park

RED BANK — The borough’s parks and recreation department has announced its schedule for summer activities for Riverside Gardens Park, West Front Street.

The schedule will again feature free movies , presented by Shore Flick, at dusk on Tuesdays, starting on July 2; Jazz in the Park will be 7:30 p.m. Thursdays and will be presented by the parks and rec department; and Fitness in the Park, conducted by the Community YMCA, will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Movie night will feature family-friendly titles, such as Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Goonies and Jaws.

Jazz in the Park will present such artists as Sherri Pie, Chuck Lambert and the Nick Clemons Band.

The fitness program will have classes in Zumba, Pilates, yoga and tai chi.

For music and movies, the public should bring chairs and blankets and towels and mats for Pilates and yoga.
