Chateau Ste. Michelle “Canoe Ridge” Chardonnay 2008 will be served during the reception with artisanal cheeses and with the first course of local and seasonal Spaghetti Squash, Basil Pesto and Tomato Marmalade. The second course will feature a seafood friendly Chateau Ste. Michelle “Eroica” Riesling with Chilled Maine Lobster, Avocado over Field Greens and Citrus Vinaigrette. The third course will debut the latest joint venture between award-winning wine producers – Chateau Ste. Michelle and Marchesi Antinori of Tuscany, Italy – Col Solare Bottega Red Blend 2006, which received a 92 rating from Wine Spectator. This world-class Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine will be the perfect accompaniment with the Coffee Encrusted New York Strip with New Jersey’s Valley Shepherd Blue Cheese and Bourbon Caramel Sauce. Save room for dessert! The fourth course will feature Chateau Ste. Michelle “Ethos” Syrah 2007, rated 91 points by Wine Advocate, and will be served with Bittersweet Chocolate Torte.
